totally unrepentent for overcharging us for work they really didn't do. Way overpriced to begin with. If you value your vehicle and money, go elsewhere.

My wife and I have been bringing all of our cars to Ed's Portola Arco for more than 14-years and have consistently received excellent service. On the one occasion when a part proved faulty, they immediately got a new part and reinstalled it at no charge. We have often recommended them to our local Santa Cruz neighbors & friends and they have agreed that Mike, the manager and Ed's son, was a pleasure to deal with. They have always made sure to schedule our repairs to fit our needs. more
