I had an awful experience with Edgerton’s travel. I used their services for a two week trip. I was promised a rebate as a special offer which I never received. My travel agent put incorrect airlines on my itinerary, causing me to almost miss flights. When I called after the trip to inquire about the rebate, I was passed around to different employees and no one took responsibility. I wrote letter, but I was told they were never received so I guess they got “lost in the mail”. Beware of this company!
