If you go on monday you may see one or two people in there, but if you go on Saturday there may be two to three people in there. Hmmmm!!!! Let me tell you why. It's not the extra 5$ to 10$ they charge; they don't know how to do nails at all. When you walk in there you think that since the place is fancy they would be excelant nail technicians. The lady who does eyebrows claims to be a cosmataligist, but she's not. The nail technicians do not know anything but maybe what they have seen from other people in other salons. And what you pay extra you could have it done in another place where the people are more professional and less rude. Oh Boy! If you complain about the color or anything being wrong, there goes the vietnames language and I'm sure they are calling you all types of names; girlfriend. And I know this by fact, because one of the girls that used to work in there(not anymore) she used to tell me that they used to call and say so much things about the customers and would laugh about it because the customers don't even know what they are saying that is why you see them all laughing. Just take the trip,25 minutes to Savannah and I'm sure you will have a better experience and will be treated like you want to be treated and will have your nails done like you want. Without the insults if you don't like it. Go to modern nail or glamourous nail spa in Savannah. You will feel bad for giving you money to these people to treat you wrong.
