The room was freshly painted and very clean. Large private balcony that overlooked Lake Hamilton. We stayed in room 250 at the back of the property, and it was quiet. King mattress a little soft for my taste. Staff at front desk was really nice. Tiny continental breakfast. This is a great location if you like to stay out by the lake. more

We loved the price and the view and the room was clean! We were in the upstairs room right behind and above the lobby and we had a FABULOUS view of Lake Hamilton. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was great. Had ice cold orange juice (some hotels have barely cool out of dispensers) and a an assortment of continental fare-bagels, bananas, muffins, cereal, etc. If you want a perfect, gorgeous room go to the Baymont next door and pay twice as much. Me...I'll stay here again and use the money I saved to go shopping! :) more

When searching for a hotel, my family always requires a hotel with a complimentary breakfast and pool. Econo Lodge has both accommodations. Their price was very competitive. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. This hotel is located in a very scenic area of Hot Springs. We will definitely stay at Econo Lodge on our next visit to Hot Springs, Arkansas. more

We have stayed numerous places in Hot Springs and highly recommend econolodge. Its not downtown but I feel much safer and our room was very clean. We really love the balcony. The kids love it here. We feel much safer with them out on the balcony BC its not so high but cool to them. We will be staying here again. We don't mind the short drive to whatever we decide to do while down here spring, summer, winter or fall. more

This hotel was in a very quiet spot, not in the intense traffic of the downtown area, and had a good view of the lake. The bed was great and had a lot of pillows. It was very clean and well kept. We are thinking of staying there again when the horse races are going on. more

We were in town for a wedding. It was a nice quiet location, close to the mall and many restuarants. Staff was very friendly, and rooms were clean. We had a nice little balcony that we sat out on and watched the squirrals play, very relaxing get away for me and my husband!! more

The view of the lake and the dogwood trees on site was awesome. The room was spacious and the bed was extremely comfortable. The staff was helpful and honest, making it a very easy stay for us. We have three kids, and love in town. My husband and I just wanted a night to ourselves, and this place was the perfect decision for both price and comfort. more

The stay was enjoyable and the room was clean. We happened to visit Hot Springs during the horse races (not intentionally). Everything was VERY busy so the location was nice because it is a couple of miles from downtown. From our balcony we could see a bit of Lake Hamilton, which was nice. The tv was an updated 32' flat screen, The bed was comfy, and the complimentary breakfast was a standard hotel breakfast. All in all it was enjoyable! more

I have stayed at this palce first time with my family. The room was quite and comfortable. room was clean, pool was nice and the location near by lake. The staff were friendly and helpful. My kids love this place. there are major restaurants with in 2.5 mile and Hot Springs mall too. more

I have stayed here 5-6 times by myself and my wife stayed once. My wife had some minor problems which were during renovation and they fixed the problem right away and were very apologetic. I have not had a problem. The staff was very nice and did whatever I asked. It did take 5 minutes for hot water in the tub, but it is like that every where. AC Worked very well as did the heater. Now, this is not as nice as a 150 dollar room but for 60 dollars in Hot Springs it is a excellent value. When I say I have stayed here 5-6 times it is all together like 40-50 days. I just really like the people who run the place and the price is right. more

We stayed here for 3 days in April and we really liked it. Our room was clean and large, appeared to have been recently remodeled. Had a balcony with a nice view. Continental breakfast was ok (cereal, muffins, danish, bagels). I would stay here again, this is a great budget motel. more
