In response to the previous post made by David S. - We at Ecodry Carpet Cleaning do not even own a hot water extractor as we are a completely eco-friendly company, and have been for 30 years. In his review David even admits ""I'm not sure which franchisee I used."" Even though I sympathize with any consumer who receives a poor service, reviews are very useful for consumers and we at Ecodry Carpet Cleaning are very proud of the many great reviews we have earned which can be easily found throughout the internet. David has every right to post a bad review when he has received a poor service, and indeed he should post a review for a poor service to help other consumers. I just wish he were more judicious with his posts and post them for the company that actually did the job, and not for one he thinks did the job as we at Ecodry Carpet Cleaning highly value our customers and the reviews we recieve on line.\r \r Richard Neal\r Owner - Ecodry Carpet Cleaning more

This concerns an upholstery (sectional sofa) cleaning. I'm not sure which franchisee I used but I did not recieve the service advertised. Instead of the ""ecodry"" rotating brushes, fast-dry system I got a wet-wac cleaning that took about five hours to dry. When I emailed about this, the answer was that the tech had determined that this ""wet"" service was appropiate and that he (the person answering the email) had told me that, in some instances, the drying time could be longer. But, that was not the case; there was NO mention of anything other than the advertised service, either by the order-taker on the phone or by the tech who did the job. And, the person answering the email used an aggressive, defensive tone. He did not appear to be concerned about my satisfaction, only defending his company's actions. I'll not use them again and will advise anyone who asks to find someone else. more
