Well its a sad day when people in the apartment complex get together and string a bunch of fliers around. A few weeks ago we where notified that we are going to have to pay for parking. A few days after that we received a letter from a concerned neighbor stating that the rental lease agreement that everyone has signed up to this point specifies that the parking will cost $0.00. However we have all received a letter that they now want us to pay $25.00. This place must be hurting if they are willing to invalidate almost 100% of there contracts to make a quick dollar. This is now the second major lease agreement violation they have performed! I was also upset that they did not provide any reason for an inspection. The paper we received on our door sad it was to check on maintenance that was done a month ago. However we have not had any maintenance done. Despite the multiple complaint the hot tub is still not functional. Its about knee deep and we call it the warm tub. I wish you all luck we are out of here ASAP! these apartments are overall nice but they are too pricy for what they are. We had the ""upgraded"" apartment and although it did have a new washer and dryer and microwave everything else was not new but used and cheap (refrigerator, stove, oven). The apartment was a decent size but I hated that they closed off the kitchen from the living room making it hard to entertain guests. We had downstairs neighbor's whom smoke heavly and our apartment reaked of smoke constantly, and although the general person at the office was NO help at all, once we wrote a formal letter and mailed it to them and the management (Riverstone) we finally got a call, but basically I wouldnt live here again only if there were no other places to rent (yeh right). more

It has over 25 bad reviews from different people and they all have the same basic undertone. The management is aweful, the place is unsafe and way too expensive. This was a horrible place to call home. We would not recommend anyone wasting their time or money on renting here. Horribly ran residence by all parties involved. Very unsafe, noisy, inconvient, rude. Trust me I can continue. If you have more than one vehicle have fun searching for parking which is non-existant. ISTA which is your water/trash is a waste of billing and a ton of trees are wasted with their outrageous mailing proceedures. Out of control youth who live there and never learned how to respect thy neighbor. Basically unless you are used to living in a dumpster and dont mind the constant illegal busts and cop patrol this is for you! Pros: Close to the 5 freeway Cons: parking, staff, neighbors more
