Slimy sleazeballs. They lied about the nature of their ""30-day guarantee"" and screwed me out of $1500. Turns out their lease contract has a specific clause in it that says that all oral contracts are invalid -- in other words, they can lie to you with impunity, and you can't hold them to what they promised you. Be very, very careful and read the (pages and pages of) fine print. Or better yet, don't give them your business. Don't say you weren't warned.
