Easy Street Brasserie

Summer time is a great time to sit outside and listen to live music at East St. The waiters were super cool refilling our wine glasses, and instead of splitting our salads giving us each our own. The food was good, not great, but the service made up for it. It is a cozy place and food good enough hence the 4 stars. The bar inside rocks and regularly has live music. Avoid this restaurant, we had mone of the worst meals we ever had there and even though our entrees weren't charged we still got stock with a $60 bill for two salads, two glasses of wine and some pommes frittes. The service weas confused at best, the kitchen messed up our orders and the food was inedible. What a let down. With so many great places to eat in Park City go elsewhere. I was given a recommendation to eat here while visiting from San Francisco during Sundance. It was a celebration dinner with clients. I was shamefully embarrassed by the rude server who made my experience more than uncomfortable. Not only that, almost every order was not prepared correctly by the kitchen including a rare steak that came out well done. The Easy Street left an extremely unpleasant taste in my mouth to say the least. Many more places to visit than even to bother giving it your time. Cons: Poor food quality, Over priced wine more

This restaurant is well worth the visit. The service was absolutely incredable....and the food, well, I thought I had died and gone to heaven. I ordered the pork loin stuffed with apricots and figs. My husband had the seared ahi. Both were excellent. The wines were recommended by our waitress, and paired with the meal fabulously. Can't wait to return to Park City and dine at Easy Street. The patio looked inviting on a cool summer evening and there were few other patrons. However, the service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. The white wine came warm and on request was put in a bucket of tepid water. We had to ask the water pourer to get some ice. The food came much later, but the order was incorrect. The spinach and dandelion salad had inedible 10 inch leaves, the tuna carpacio had a cold potato cake, a dish of asparagus was cold with a teaspoon of congealed Hollandaise sauce, and the $32 mixed seafood grill was served in paper in a plastic basket encased in a thick gooey tasteless doe dripping in grease. When tracked down, the server and she stated that the potato cakes were usually warm, apologized, and stated that the service and food were not usually so bad, but did nothing to rectify the situation. I started this review because of the ""Best Burger"" article. It is, without question THE BEST BURGER in the state. Big, juicy, topped with blue cheese and garlic and the fresh cut fries. But there is more. This is the best spot to take a date. Guys if you don't take your SO here you are missing out. What they did to this old historic buliding is outta this world. And the maitre d Gordon and GM George make you feel like you were personally invited to eat at their home. This is not your typical resort town restaurant. No fruit flavored microbrews or high priced pub food. This is authentic French fine dining at reasonable prices. Julia Child would recognize the menu and smile. Simple food prepared in a unique style; fresh and tasty. Good service in comfortable setting. Pros: Downstairs bar, Great food, Reasonable prices more

Our group recently stayed in Park City for an incentive trip. We stayed across the street at the Silver Queen Hotel. The staff had recommended Easy Street to me and I ordered appetizers from there two evenings to bring over to the hotel for our group (25 people). The appetizers were wonderful. On top of that we had our final banquet at Easy Street. The staff went out of their way to help us with entertainment (jazz trio), put us in the fireplace room and made us really feel at home. The food - particularly the first, second and fourth courses were excellent. The main course (beef tenderloin, salmon or leg of lamb) were good, but outstanding as the other courses.
