EastSide United pretty much controls the soccer scene on the eastside of town. They do have some competition for kids’ soccer; but they are the most highly organized leagues available. The fees seem high at first, but when you add up all the practices and games, the cost per hour of soccer instruction is actually rather low.
They offer a spring and fall session for ages 5-14, boys and girls. For the younger ages it is very low competition with many coaches teaching on the fields during the game. While we had a great coach and my daughter learned a lot of skills, since it is a volunteer coach league... some were definitely better than others.
