They are the absolute best. I have trusted them with every one of my family's vehicles. They do a great job and are extremely accommodating. I would refer anyone with collision repair needs and troubles to them. more

Easton Auto Body has great mechanics that practice awesome customer service and their knowledge base on cars is outstanding. The prices they have will not put a dent in your pocket. I highly recommend them!!! more

Nice shop 1/17/2012

I appreciated that I didn't have to deal with the insurance company here. Easton took care of everything from start to finish. Recommended good car rental and finished a day ahead of schedule. more

Awesome 1/4/2012

This place is awesome!! You can't get customer service like what they offer anywhere else. We recently just got into a car accident and the front of my car was wrecked - it's not even drive-able as the radiator fluids were gushing out!! This is the car I used for work and my job requires me to drive around the city 90% of the time so I'm screwed without it. The car got towed directly to their shop right after the incident and well about after 5 business days the car was fixed looking like it just came out of the dealership!!! They did a superb job!! Such a relief! It?s nice to know that not all auto body shops are crooks I took my car in and they did exactly what they said they would! No hassle. And they were very professional! I will be coming back in the future. more

Great body shop 12/1/2011

Got into an accident and was towed to Easton Auto body. That was the best thing to happen. They took such good care of my vehicle and I was back on the road in no time. more

My car looks great 11/16/2011

I came here to Easton Auto Body to get some collision repair and they did a great job my car is white and I was a little hesitant about anyone fixing my car because I didn't want to have two different whites on my car. After they were done and I picked up my car( earlier than expected which is a plus) they really impressed me because they were able to match the white on my car exactly on point! My car look so good it doesn't even look like I got into an accident. more

Came Through For Stuck Parents 6/22/2010

My parents were returning home after a visit and broke down on Sullivan Trail. Their roadside service contacted Easton Auto Body who came out within 20 minutes, ordered the parts and had them on their way within 2-hours. Pros: Friendly and courteous - fair prices. Cons: none more

Poor Job 10/10/2009

I was stuck in the area on vacation when my car died on the highway. They were the tow truck that picked me up. I let them tow my car to their place. $450 later and a new radiator I was on my way. Within 2 weeks of coming home I had to get a new transmission because they did not flush it out properly. The radiator fluid that got into the tranny ate at the gaskets and seals in the tranny. So $1700 more and I now have a car that runs properly. Pros: People are very nice and even offered to drive me someplace. Cons: Lousy job!!! more

Poor Quality 9/11/2009

Either this place conned me, or their mechanic is terrible. I left the car for repairs, and 2 weeks and over $400 later - the car was still broken. Another mechanic fixed the problem easily, quickly and cheaply. They seem nice enough, I don't think they ripped me off on purpose. But they still charged me a ton of money to give me back my broken car. Pros: People are polite Cons: Repair was terrible more
