I fully agree with the previous opinion seen here. 1 1/2 years ago the insured bike was stolen off the street. Police report, video confirmed. Allstate took the insurance renewal for a year and never reimbursed it nor have Eastern Specialty or Allstate replied to the insurance claim. Major run-around, phone calls not answered nor returned, no reply to letters. They figure if they just ignore everything the problem will go away and they don't have to pay anything. It's crooked, dishonest. Stay away from this agent.
