This guy is a rippoff machine, check his google feedback or his yahoo feedback, multiple people report he has ripped them off and that he posts his own positive feedback. I would not trust to even get a FREE diagnostic...run, run AWAY! more

Take your computer anywhere else! 1/17/2012

Bad experience and poor service, I received a ""free diagnostic"" that I needed a $500 repair. I called around and found out it was a virus and I did not need a new hard drive like John had said. When I called back, John was rude and very aggressive on the phone when I asked him to explain why he tried to sell me a $500 job when another company charged only $85 to remove the virus. more

People Who Know What They're Doing 5/25/2011

Thank goodness for East Valley Computers! The last time I had to fix my computer I went to a bigger computer repair company that shall remain nameless, and after 3 of the most incompetent tech's stood over my computer scratching their heads I gave up, grabbed my pc and left. I called around for a day and most places I called sounded like they knew less about computers than I do. Then I called East Valley Computers and spoke to a tech who knew what he was talking about, and even diagnosed my computers problems over the phone. My computer was fixed in about a day and now it runs better than when I got it. If you need your computer fixed, call them. more

At my door quick! 5/25/2011

This was the best experience out of a computer crashing I could expect. I came home from my graveyard shift to my husband telling me the computer started fritzing out, then it just wouldn't start up. My second job is blogging from home, so that computer is my lifeline, I thought I was going cry. Since I didn't have a computer to look up a computer repair company, I had my husband call his friends and see who they recommend. East Valley computers was the only company any of his friends gave a positive review of, so we got the number and spoke to John ( the owner) who was right around the corner from my house on another service call. Less than an hour from me getting home to a busted computer, the tech was at my doorstep! East Valley Computers is a life saver! more

THe Best Computer Guy 5/24/2011

Fixed everything and upgraded the Ram on my computer. Its sings now and I can actually get some work done! Saved my butt becuase I'm a Realtor with Keller Williams and was in the middle of several contracts when my computer when down due to a virus. But It works great Now! Thanks East Valley Computers for the fast , fast repairs!!!!! more

He Fixed my computer in One day! 5/24/2011

John Did an excellent job repairing my Older HP computer. It had a bad hard drive and He installed a new drive that gave us more storage for our Music files and movies. He also setup a free antivirus thats doing a great job at keeping out the viruses and the New chrome browser. He explained in detail how to use the antivirus and browsers. We Will refer him to our friends. more
