I had a very good experience 7/8/2010

I needed to get some motorcycles and a van inspected. They were very quick and efficient. When they found a problem with the van, they did not pressure me to have them do it, but rather showed me how to fix the problem on my own. It was also helpful that they inspect motorcycles. No one else seems to want to do them. more

guys didn't seem to care 8/12/2008

I did not have a good experience here. Customer service seemed unenthusiastic and they were not forthcoming about price estimates or when it would be done. Afterward I found they had used slightly incorrect, shoddy parts, and were dismisssive and rude when I asked them to make it right. more

Amazingly rude 8/12/2008

I took my car to East Franklin Car Care and opted not to do the expensive repair they recommended. When I said I didn't want the repair, they they told me to not bring my car back there and hung upon me! more
