The bagels are great here! But I will not be returning after a second time having terrible service. I don't usually complain, but I was so disgusted I will be making a complaint to the manager! The girl taking our order was monosyllabic, didn't speak loud enough for us to hear her, and was very unfriendly. They put our order on the counter top without calling it out. Finally, we had to ask and were spoken to rudely. My husband asked them why they had such bad attitudes and it was terrible service. The first time we had terrible service, I was with a friend who called the more senior member of staff out.
I've not had service or rudeness this bad in a long time.
