Without a doubt, the most pathetic excuse for a business I have ever seen or dealt with in my life!!!!!! They lied to me about my rates, I guess because I did it over the phone and I wasn't able to see any paperwork. There was an extra fee that they neglected to inform me about. Also, for some reason my first payment was due 20 days after sign-up, instead of 30, and they also neglected to tell me that. When I called to question them about it, Mr. Eason was never there and refused to return any of my phone calls, and his receptionist knew absolutely nothing about anything. This was all following an entire week I spent calling them back to back literally begging for an insurance quote and for them to sell it to me. They would not even return my phone calls to make the sale. i dropped the insurance I had purchased after the first month. Now my fiance is trying to get insurance through them because we dont know any other brokers for Everest auto insurance and they have the best rate for her. Now that I know what they lie about, we know what to expect. We are now back at square one, begging them to do business with us. Have now found another broker and will never do business with them again. Very aggravating and stressful. Not to mention they randomly take weeks off at a time. Three weeks for Thanksgiving!
