Skyler did an excellent job today, when performing semi-annual maintenance on both my townhome, which is For Sale, and on my new home (transferred contract). I found him to be a very competent and articulate technician. When I asked questions, he was clear and concise in his responses and provided the details needed for me to consider the options available.
Skyler thoroughly explained what type of equipment (heating and air conditioning) I have in my home, its age, condition, maintenance that he could identify as being performed, etc. With the air conditioner, he had to add refrigerant but discussed the potential lifespan of this unit; it's 'a good to know' thing for me, the customer.
I sincerely appreciate Skyler's expertise and know he will continue to do a fine job on the Eanes team of professionals.
Lastly, Eanes does a very nice job of selecting technicians that are knowledgeable, competent and customer oriented.
