Took my money, lied, would not return phone calls and played head games. Poor, poor business. 11/12/2008

I had planned on purchasing a prior year snow machine from this store. I spoke to the sales person Kyle over the phone and stated I did want the machine. I was told that it I cancelled my order it woud be 'a couple of hundred dollars' for the re-stocking fee. I made planes to pick up the machine, but at the last moment I was notified by my employer that a transfer I had put in for, back in the lower 48 might come up. So regreatfully, I had to cancel my order. Kyle informed me it would now be $500.00 instead of a couple of hundred. I was shocked and made no argument as I had decided to talk to the owner Paul soon. When I contacted Paul, I discussed my situation with him and he agreed to refund $300.00. However, the next day he called back and wanted to discuss it again with the Kyle present. I was not home when he called, but phoned his office 3 times when I returned home that day. 5 days later I had not received a call back or a refund. I phoned his office on November 12th and spoke to Kyle and was told Paul had not received my prior messages. Kyle told me he would give my message to Paul...my call was not returned. Paul is the owner and his word is not good nor is it true. more
