EPO has the right stuff and the right people 10/5/2011

I've been dealing with EPO for over twelve years, and they are hands down the best company in the entire Houston area that knows what they're doing. They have the best prices on computer configurations, and their turn-around time is rarely more than two days. The important thing to remember is that they don't do any data recovery or copying. For the best protection, it's wise to mirror one's computer on an external drive before installation of a new hard drive. more

Good for many things, but not paradise 7/30/2010

They have a lot of stuff. Not everything. \r \r I like to shop there if I need something they typically carry. They also often have great deals on things that interest me, but I was not looking for. So, I enjoy looking around. I find most of the staff helpful. Like any other store. \r \r Give them a try. Pros: Lots of useful electronics Cons: No one can stock everything more

WOW! They had what I needed and more! 7/17/2010

These guys need to be recognized for the old fashioned brick and morter style of business with people that really helped! They were suggested by a guy at Best Buy for a cable that they didn't have. I got what I needed at a good price but I ended up spending an extra $35 on just plain cool stuff... But, I'm not complaining, in fact it was fun! I'm definately going back!!!! Pros: Great selection and price with service Cons: Spent more than I intended on other cool stuff more

Horrible service and poor quality stock! 4/10/2009

In my life I have never seen a staff so uninterested in helping customers. You will be ignored and treated like an idot by a group of staff members that seam very busy doing nothing. You will probably leave frustrated and with only your time wasted. You should take a small drive down the street to Frys to get far better service and a much better supply of stock. I am usually the first to try a small store for the one on one attention and service, but at the EPO store in Clear Lake that is absolutely NOT the case. more
