I snowbird in Florida and when going home sat 2/15 my account shut down,called Ed’s,,ouch for 45 minutes and a corroded wire my bill was for 247.60$ ouch for being a customer for so long I keep getting disappointed with Ed’s,,I have a contract, last time my ac went out I was quoted $4100.00 or $1600.00 to fix either it was the inside unit or the outside unit,after 2 techs and a foreman the 4 th tech that was suppose to replace either of the 2 ,he found it was only the thermostat 400.$ I really have no confidence in this company..mark smith willow bend,Florida more

Thank You, E.D.S. I had a great experience. My AC unit failed at nighttime, I left a non emergency message with the answering service, very helpful. The call was returned promptly in the AM by Carol, the Secretary, she was helpful and professional. The Company has a good communication system and skilled personnel, they provided me quality work at a fair price. The Project Mgr., Donald was timely, professional, knowledgeable, detailed and efficient and with good communication skills, his knowledge and advise helped me to understand the problem and to seek the best solution at an affordable price. Quarterly Maintenance 1/30/2019

I just had my quarterly preventative maintenance performed. Technician Sergio came to my home and performed the maintenance. Sergio did an excellent job. I hope EDS always sends Sergio. He is professional and customer friendly. more

I've used E.D.S for my air-conditioning service & plumbing service. Service people from the office staff to the technicians are very well trained. Appointments are made easily; and, emergencies are given priority. Ed Sasso's father(doing business as"Sasso's") helped me many yrs. ago when I lived in Fla.Gardens and my a/c died in very hot Fla. MY WRITING IN "CAPS" IS FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO READ. "SEAN" WAS DETAILED IN HIS EXPLANATION OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE FOR THE "THUMPING" SOUND IN THE A/C. I would like to thank E.D.S representative; Sean Caplan for his excellent customer service along with going over the technical details of my four ton air conditioning system. Sean took the time and explained the operations of both the air handler unit and condenser. It was obvious he is very skilled in his line of work and I’m very confident of his overall assessment of my air conditioning unit. He explained the functions of the system in which I could understand. It would be a pleasure to have Sean provide service to my air conditioning system in the future. Thank you more

I contacted my ac company because I had a concern that needed attention. Danny Fernandez showed up and assessed the situation, established the solution and took care of it and found it was covered for me. What a huge relief. This is only a two year unit. I appreciated his professionalism and kindness. more
