The repair man (Nick T.) did a great job dealing with our air conditioning problem. He was professional and very knowledgeable. After he finished, our air conditioning was working great! If you need to have your a/c fixed, I highly recommend ECI Comfort. more

A/C Maintenance and Heat Exchanger Flush 5/15/2016

Nick T arrived in timely manner, reviewed the scope of intended work and immediately went to work. Friendly and professional. He answered all my questions, and even made a video to show me a problem he had found and repaired it the same day. I would definitely request him for the next service call, if needed! AJ went above and beyond during the blizzard of 2016. He was here for a few hours but finally was able to get my heater back in working order. Also had a problem with a storm door being frozen and he had to climb in window to gain entrance into my home, he also was able to get the door open for me. I would recommend him for any service call, he was the best. more

Nick T. performed a replacement of ducting in my attic. He was professional, friendly, neat and clean. The work was completed quickly and there were no surprises changes between the quote and service invoice. more

oil heater upkeep and repair 10/30/2015

This company provided emergency service during the summer that was quick and efficient. So much so that I contracted them to maintain my heater and again they were fantastic. The office staff are pleasant and informative and the service department were also great. I recommend them 100% more

Boiler Check Up! 9/10/2015

Paul was great on the phone to schedule my boiler check up! Chuck was on-time, clean, efficient, and polite the entire time he was in my home. He actually got the cover to my boiler on correctly! John arrived to give me honest information about my boiler. Thank you guys! I'll now be saving for a new boiler! more

Great Service! 9/8/2015

I called ECI this morning and Chuck was at my house by 12:30. He took time to show me some of the problems. He even returned with a co worker when our leak started up again about an hour after he left. Great service, very friendly and professional. I would recommend ECI to anyone, especially if you have ductless A/C units. more

Quality Service 8/5/2015

I want to thank ECI Comfort for their prompt and courteous service today. They were able to get their technician Kris to our home today to solve our A/C problem. He re-charged our system and checked and diagnosed the leak. Unfortunately he was unable to fix it on the spot because it requires some major parts and time but he found it when other companies were unwilling to look. At least now I can find out what to budget to get the work done in the future. With the equipment now working our dogs will be comfortable on these hot summer days. Thank you for getting this done in such a timely manner. PS. The technician Kris communicated very well with me on the phone and our son who was home from work. He made it a very pleasant experience. more

Nick and another new serviceman came to our home to inspect our A/C and they did a wonderful job. They were extremely helpful, pleasant and offered advice on questions that we had. I would really like to request that Nick be the serviceman that responds to our future appointments, if at all possible. Thank you!! more

Comes in, looks at situation, and solves the problem with no after problems. Does excellent work on tune-ups and always leaves the place clean. I had him over over eight yrs plus, and he was always professional - very likable. more

Air Co Spring Maintaince Check 5/18/2015

Nick was professional, clean, and knowledgeable of my Air Conditioning unit. He spent much time cleaning the unit and through with checking the components. It was well worth the fee knowing that my Air Co is running properly and I should not see him till next spring check up. more
