Incredibly rude office. 30 miute wait. Got into the waiting room where I waited another 20 miniutes. In that room, there was a sign on the wall saying that ""If you are on your cell phone when the doctor enters, you will not be seen."" I had been away from my business for an hour at that point and still had not been see.My doctor had sent me to have some spots checked she was concerned about (they had removed cancer cells earlier) The doctor behaved just like her rude staff people telling me she could biopsy the spot for me if it would make me happy but it would just be a waist of time and leave a scar on my chest. When I tried to ask her to explain it further she told me if I had any questions to ask the nurse or look it up on web MD. (Another doctor has since removed it and found it to contain melanoma) In the waiting room prior to being seen, I heard staff degrading an elderly man who was hard of hearing and then a mother who had driven from a nearby town with her daughter so they could be seen in one trip, be told she had not scheduled her appointment that way. No ""sorry"", ""sorry let me check"" or eve ""if you can wait we will try to fit you in"". The clerk made no effort whatsoever to assist her boss THE PATIENT find a solution. When I went to check in 3 minutes late after waiting in line for 20, I was initially told I was late and would not be seen also. Just a terrible experience all the way around.
