We had a leak in a pipe on New Year's Day in a pipe THEY installed a couple of years ago. I hired them because the work was ""guaranteed,"" but they didn't even call back. A couple of weeks and a few phone calls later, someone finally came out and looked, but said that the piping wasn't actually guaranteed (just the fittings or some-such nonsense) because it had a hole in it. Well, they never strapped down the pipe when they connected it, so even though that may actually have contributed to the problem, they still wanted to charge me for the ""guaranteed"" work. We also have a 3-month old baby, and don't know anything much about plumbing... nor can we spare the time or money for the runaround we received. I will never pay them another dime and do not trust them. I also suspect the good reviews posted here, because no reviews were published on this company until they received their first bad review... but maybe those folks just lucked out w/them. Yes, as I suspected. We posted this review and then one miraculously was posted Super Bowl Sunday. Liars, cheats and thieves, folks. Anyway, customer service is terrible and I feel as though I was deceived so they could get my money in the first place. I wish I'd found another plumber when I needed one. BAD referral on the part of my homebuyers' insurance company... they should drop this company and fast! I will be notifying the Better Business Bureau... steer clear!
