This company is very dysfunctional. We scheduled a carpet cleaning with them three (3) times and all three times they canceled our appointment. It was a huge deal because this cleaning company knew we were having an open house business affair at our office. We had to make sure not to schedule clients to come in during the times of the cleaning and had to move all the furniture for them to clean, three (3) times! I asked why they would schedule us and make an appointment if they could not honor their commitment. I got many excuses for each cancelation. There are two partners running this business and they kept blaming the other for over booking their clients. The last time they canceled our appointment was twenty minutes (20) before they were suppose to come in and clean. This cleaning company is completely irresponsible, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau, if they are even a member; who knows? I would highly recommend that you do not hire this company because you will be greatly disappointed. Very frustrating.
