Well, the story starts in Christmas 2006 when I bought my mother a SpaFinders gift certificate. She gave it to me back for Christmas 2009!! A little upset, but now eternally grate...

Worst

The staff is courteous and friendly. That is good. The haircut was good. That was great. The pedicure was lacking. It was soak, clip, polish and be gone. No relaxing massage ...

An ok experience 1/4/2019

My hairdresser was knowledgeable and did a good job.. however, the prices were more than expensive ( I dont go to cheap salons- but this one was too much). The staff at the reception was neither nice nor rude. I guess I am just used to a more warm welcome. Not sure if Ill return. more

Swanky salon & spa 8/13/2005

Jay at Utopia is an excellent stylist! When I finally decided to try a new style, he was recommended to me. He gave me an excellent new style that brought out waves and curls I never knew I had. He also showed me how to style my hair and recommended products for my new do. Jay was very nice as everyone else in the salon is. The atmosphere is very upscale, and makes you feel very pampered. The services are slightly higher than average for the area, but well worth it. Highly recommended! more
