Positive experience. 5/14/2012

Duncan plumbing, Eric, showed up on the weekend when I discovered that the water heater had flooded in the garage. He determined that the old one could not be saved. He gave me a time and day that he could come back with a water heater and showed up on that date and time with the water heater, and with Lars to help, and installed it, for the quoted price, (no surprises), and took the old heater to be disposed of properly, and cleaned up before leaving, and it has been working fine. Monday was supposed to be his day off but someone did not come in to work and he covered for the work that had been promised. more

I called at a few minutes before 8 a.m. and talked to a live lady on the phone, not an answering service, who listened to my woes about a leaking water heater. The plumber and his assistant were on the job within the hour and we were as good as new as soon as you could say Jack Robinson. more

Excellent Service - On time - Fixed the problem efficiently and quickly. 3/19/2012

We had an emergency that completely plugged up our plumping in the entire house. Scott found and explained the issue and how it could be prevented in the future even showing me what caused it showing me the "clog' with their camera. Monica in the office was also efficient and very polite. I would highly recommend their service. more

Duncan Plumbing was easy to work with. They are reliable and do excellent work. They were very sensitive to our needs during this project and cooperated to the best of their ability in accomplishing the replacement of all the water pipes in the home. I recommend them highly. more

They should use Duncan Plumbing! 12/5/2011

I've used Duncan Plumbing two times and they're been very successful in solving the problems in my situation. The first time, the problem was a stopped sewer line. Some plumbers had left some lead strips in the pipe after all these years, which Duncan Plumbing found out by running a camera through the pipe. The people at Duncan Plumbing tore it apart and had it replaced. The second time, they fixed something under the sink so that there would be a water line connecting to the refrigerator. People should use Duncan Plumbing! more

We were referred by a plumber friend to Duncan Plumbing (it was Sunday and our friend was well into a day full of NFL games and the libations that sometimes flow from such events) and we could not have been happier. Scott was knowledgeable, personable, and all around excellent. I could not be happier to recommend both his work and personality - and Duncan Plumbing in general. more

I called them about a garbage disposal and sink clog and they told me they would have somebody at my house in 45 minutes. He ended up getting there in only 30! Service was great. Would highly recommend to others. more

My experience with Duncan Plumbing was very good! I just had a faucet fixed by Duncan Plumbing. They were on time and prompt and knew what they were doing. I was very impressed! Duncan Plumbing was on the front of the phone book so I decided to call them. I'd recommend Duncan Plumbing any time! more

I was having trouble with the hot water with my kitchen sink--it would take forever to warm up, and then would only come out in a trickle. The plumber that I had been using for years and years wasn't able to get it working properly, and thought they might have to replace the pipes. My house was built in 1948, so I knew the pipes were old, but I wanted to get a second opinion first. I was referred to Duncan Plumbing by another contractor. They came out, and the first thing the serviceman did was drain the hot water tank, which I knew hadn't been drained in 15 years. That didn't work, and so he tried replacing the faucet. This finally did the trick, and it's fantastic--the best thing I ever did. The serviceman answered all my questions, and was very courteous throughout the process. I was so happy to get the new faucet. more

Great service, great company, great employees 8/11/2011

I have had to use Duncan a couple of times. It has been a positive experience, starting with the office staff-to the individual who worked on my bathroom plumbing-to the referral for work needed outside the plumbing needs. Their quotes as to time required, cost were very accurate - no surprises. more

Great service 8/4/2011

Eric and his assistant arrived right on time. They quickly analyzed the problem. Came up with the solution and wrote up the estimate. There were personable and professional. The problems were fixed in short order and the repairs reasonably priced. The work was well done, and I appreciated their explanations and solutions. Best plumbing service I've ever had. I will recommend Duncan Plumbing. Santa Cruz is lucky to have this service. Monica was receptive and helpful as well. Thanks, all of you Much appreciated. Patti more
