As a homeowner, I would like to provide others with an overall view of my own experience as I have had this top rating company, A DUIN Construction Co. perform work on my homes over the years in different capacities. They have always demonstrated professionalism and honesty in their dealings with me and as I understand it the same for my neighbors compared with those cheaper estimates from other companies who do not offer the workmanship and quality of work that A DUIN Construction Co. provides. I learned the hard way that it?s not worth trying to save a few bucks by hiring a roofing contractor using unskilled workers who produce poor quality workmanship resulting in giving me grief. A DUIN Construction Co. is managed by true construction experts in their field who are on top of their game when it comes to roofing, deck waterproofing, siding, drainage, and concrete work? I have firsthand knowledge about their quality that has proven itself over-and-over again as these guys really understand in-depth quality workmanship. Over the years, at the time of each estimate, I was always provided a scope of work with diagram details explaining each phase of the project, (which is something the other bidders fail to offer). I am always impressed with their estimator?s pleasant attitude and workmanship knowledge, and that?s the primary reason why I?ve hired them for numerous projects over the years including a complete re-roof to replace my roof that began leaking during the first rain after being installed by what I later discovered were undocumented ?under-the-table? unsupervised pieceworkers paid for the volume, obviously not their quality. And unlike the original roofer, A DUIN Construction Co. did not leave my roof open to rain coupled with trash scattered around my home. Hiring A DUIN Construction Co. taught me a valuable lesson about ?Cheap Price Reality? because if you go with a cheap throw-on company, you?ll probably get a crappy leaking roof, wherein, if you're looking for quality include due diligence, you should definitely get more in the aspects of a job well done derived by their excellent workmanship, and quality performed by highly trained individuals. Roofing is dangerous and expensive; therefore, take my advice before you hire the ?Wrong Contractor!?... There is no question in my mind about hiring A DUIN Construction Co. for deck dry rot damage repairs, deck waterproofing, roofing, and/or drainage as they have always provided me with high quality workmanship!!
