Duggal Color Projects Inc

I'm not sure where Duggal got their supposedly ""good"" reputation from (if it is indeed true that they have a ""good"" reputation), seeing as they seem to screw up way too much. Just a few weeks ago, for instance, they printed a book that I ordered in a completely wrong layout from the one I suggested. The colors and contrast were also completely messed up. Much text even became illegible due to this. Some of the pages were filled with fingerprints, dust and noticeable scratches. Just the week before this print, they also messed up a ridiculously easy test print job. And don't get me started on the absolutely insane pricing. If this happens a lot of the time, I would be surprised if Duggal actually managed to keep up a good reputation all this time. Maybe they just don't care to spend much time/energy for individuals that won't give them much of a profit. Fair enough - it will eventually be their loss. Individuals like myself who have been ripped off will make their voices heard, and eventually the truth will be known. Duggal sucks, Duggal is terrible, Duggal is awful, Duggal is unprofessional, Duggal is simply a bad service. There, I said it. Do not use Duggal. this place is awful...not only did they give me someone else's photos but the customer service is enough to make you never want to go back. when i called to try and resolve the issue they were not helpful. i had to call numerous times and the service was horrible every time! even worse- they processed my co-worker's flim incorrectly and ruined the entire roll. Appointments and deadlines were consistently not met. Staff was hired for work contingent upon those deadlines and were kept waiting for hours (at some cost to me) as no calls were made to alert us to the delay. They seem to have no clear concept of how long something will take, blame delays on outside forces and don't bother to keep the customer apprised of the job's status. They apologize nicely, but that's not enough to make up for the aggravation. Pros: Quality work Cons: Expensive, Bad customer service, Too many excuses more
