Timely, effective, professional and a good value

Worst

Got rid of a good bit of spiders but they are still getting the house even after I had the inside and outside sprayed. And my patio stays covered in them

They took good care of me 10/10/2016

I had a serious bug infestation and the guys over at Dugas Pest Control really bailed me out. They were quick to respond to my call and they got a couple people out to my home in no time at all. Once they made it to my home I showed them where I had seen them coming from and they took care of the rest. Once they were done the infestation was gone and my home was practically bug free. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough and would definitely use them again in the future if the need should arise. more

Effective and on time. 10/6/2016

Dugas Pest Control had courteous service, they were very nice and pleasant. This was my first time having an issue with ants in the house, so they took care of that effectively and on time. They were also on time when they showed up and everything was fine with the process. more

I Had A Positive Experience 10/3/2016

I heard about Dugas Pest Control from the television. This was my first time ever using them. I had some insects issues around my home and they were able to get rid of the problem. The technicians were professional and on time. Their prices seems reasonable. I would recommend this company to other people looking for a good pest control company. more

Meh.. Just ok 9/26/2016

Not impressed so far. Asked to be called before they plan on coming for treatment and preferred Monday and Fridays and didn't call or didn't come on Monday and Friday. I asked for treatment inside and had to remind them of my request. IMy treatment guy BRANDON is nice and professional but not really pleased so far with this compmay. more

The person that comes to my home for my service is the sweetest, kindest person EVER to service my home. I will recommend Dugas Pest Control to all my friends and family. She went above and beyond to explain to my daughter (as I was at work) about the ant problem I was having. My husband also was pleased with the way she took care of our home. We have our grand children living with us and didn't want them to get bitten by the ants that were finding their way into our home. Great job! more

I used Dugas Pest Control a while back. They sent out a lady, I think her name was Rhonda. She was very professional and very very very very good. She put down the traps so that I wouldn't get termites in my house. She put them all around the house, which was a pretty big job. But she was really great. They sent me out a notice that said they are supposed to come back out on the 2nd of next month to spray for roaches I hope they sent Rhonda. I really liked her. She was very good at her job and really nice. I will use Dugas Pest Control again, and I will recommend them to others. more

A very reputable company who quickly and professionally did the work. 8/22/2016

I read about Dugas Pest Control online. The representative was able to meet me at the building sooner than I expected. He didn't go under the building, somewhat to my surprise, but rather shone his flashlight from the openings at ground level. Likewise he didn't go crawling around the attic but just looked into it from a ladder. He was satisfied that there was no termite activity, which impression was borne out later by the technician who actually put the stations around the building and I believe under it, too. The treatment plan cost seems quite in line with what we paid to other companies in years past, a fair or more than fair price. Moreover, when honeybee activity was discovered, Dugas could immediately recommend an excellent bee specialist to us. more

The person that comes out is great 8/8/2016

I really like the person that comes to our house from Dugas Pest Control, I think she is really great. She is always on time and is just very thorough with everything which I really appreciate. She does a great job every time and it never really takes her long to get the results we need. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs some help with little buddies that are not welcome in your home. more
