The food was okay. A lot of tvs...BUT they charged me twice for my dinner on my credit card! that's never happened to me before at any restaurant. BEWARE! more

Is Duffy's crazy? They've taken seared tuna off the menu. They took all tuna completely off the menu. What's next? Take away the beer? I guess I'll go eat somewhere else more

duffys is a rockin place , its for families , singles , couples it has everything , the management is great especailly max the main man in sunny iles , he works non stop trying to provide everybodies needs and comfortable times , all the staff are great here , the music , food is reasonably priced also ,,, great place more

Great place to catch a game - good music - attentive staff, 2 for 1 beers and good food. What more do you need? more

To call this a sports bar... Felt more like a Dennys with TVs. Price is right if you like joining clubs and mediocre food but I'd rather good food at a good price everyday for ALL customers NEXT more

well i wanted to have my daughters baby shower their since the men will be coming along. thought that would be a great place. I was told that since it was football season they will not let me have the baby shower on Saturday or Sunday !!! Well normal people work Monday through Friday and who wants to rush around after work to get ready for a baby shower. So i told the manager that i would take my business to Bob and Eddie at Bru's Room and he told me to go ahead !! Me and my family go to Duffy's maybe 2 times a week and i guess we will make that extra drive to our real favorite place Bru's Room !!! more

Last year Duffys was bragging they were the official Sports Bar of The Miami Dolphins, I heard no more. What happened? more

I've been there several times and each time has met my expectations. It's nice to see a menu that offers a decent turkey burger, along with a gluten free menu. Happy hour prices are reasonable and I've never been disappointed. more

The Boss, our Saturday night double date buddies, Fran and Hy, and I were looking for a new place to watch the Gator game on Saturday night. We were thinking about Duffy's. After taking a look at a couple of the 'Spoon reviews, I was a little concerned about the service. But we went last night and had a great time.\r \r Place was mobbed after the 'Canes game both at the bar and tables. We did not have a long wait for the table. (Should have called ahead).\r \r Duffy's is not fine dining, not even close. Duffy's is two Happy Hours, 4-7 and 9 to close (Heineken drafts with clean pipes!). Duffy's is appetizers, burgers, sandwiches and sides.\r \r We tried the Spinach and Artichoke dip and the Fish Tacos for starters. We enjoyed the dip so much that we ordered a second plate! \r \r The Boss and our friends had Turkey burgers which they enjoyed. Sweet potato fries (wrinkle cut) and cole slaw. A half pound burger is a little too much for me (actually I think it should be called a meatloaf) so I went with the Grilled Mahi Mahi (I call it dolphin - it is not Flipper!). Fish was moist. Only complaint was the bun was a little cold. But the sweet potato fries on the side were great. Desserts were tasty ending to the meal.\r \r Service was actually very good - Alexis, the waitress in a very crowded bar area took real good care of us so we didn't have to hail a busy bartender and Deanna, our waitress at the table also took real good care of us. Deanna moved us to a table with a better view of the big screen TV for the game after that table became available. \r \r All in all, Duffy's is what it is . . . a great place to watch the game and have a couple of beers or drinks. Food is bar food and the service is very attentive.\r \r Update - 12/30/09 - Went with the Boss and friends again last night. Make sure you get the Duffy Membership card if you go. It's free and you get great special deals (January Happy Hour Every Day All Day 2 for 1's). Our server Allyson went above and beyond!\r \r Update - 3/23/10 - That's my story and I am sticking to it. Went to Duffy's again with the Boss for a quick pub meal. Service is consistently good (Thanks Crystal). more

Well tonight was the first and last time I would ever visit this resturant. First off the wait was almost an hour, wow the food must be great, wrong. Finally got a table and it smelled like old musty bar rags. Took the server a while to acknowledge us. Finally got our order in. My husband got the buffalo chix sandwich, very generic. I got the philly steak sandwich it was ok, I had to give up my fries and the reason is, my son got the chix tenders for $7.99 4 very small chunks of rubbery chix not even enough to feed a two year old. Outrageous to charge for that what an embarrassment to any resturant. Rip off. Then to add to it the server never had eye contact, never smiled, took 10 mins to refill my husband and sons beverages and never ask if I would like a refill. Never seen her until she brought the bill. Bad experience will never go again. Me and my family are first time impression. I have worked in the food industry for many years and have never had such bad service and disappointment with the food quality ever. I happen to be a BIG tipper and was embarrased myself to leave such a small tip. Not worth it. more
