I used to like Duffys in Greenacres until last Friday night. I was sitting at the bar with my fiance as we have previously but earlier in the day. The server named Toni was literally hitting on my fiance in a very obvious manner. Though my fiance and I behave as a couple and are very close, she came on to him literally. First by calling him honey.. the standard, then "baby." The real kicker was when she brought our food up from behind us and squeezed herself between us and physically rubbed up on him with 'parts' of her anatomy while standing between us. I didn't want to make a scene though my eye contact would have killed. It made no difference to her as she seemed amused. When we paid for the check, we mentioned that our duffys card was missing from the keychain. I told her his last name but we were paying with my card (a different last name). She commented with a smirk how we didn't have the same last name as if that should be any concern to her. My fiance did NOTHING to provoke this and he was quiet but also a bit shocked being old enough to be at least her father or maybe even grandfather. When we left, he commented how uncomfortable it was and that if the tables were turned how upset he would be. He said that she "sure worked hard for her $2 tip." Horrible experience. We wont be back. Its a shame because the food is decent. Thought the servers are cute and thats fine, there are many older people that go in there who are not trying to dine at a strip club. more

Awesome! Let me tell you, when I first had it, was when the GAC location opened and a friend convinced me to try it. I was adamant that (a) I don't like fish, and (b) I don't like "hot / spicy" foods as it came with Jalapenos which she told me were great on top after you spread the fish dip on the saltine crackers. Okay, I did it, and I was hooked! Gotta have the fish dip!!! Live a little because there was no stopping me there. I LOVE hot and spicy now! And if you care to hear about a "small world" story, read my review of the Warm Goat Cheese Salad. One thing though: Duffy's no longer serves the saltines with the dip, but a mixture of other crackers instead. Though nice crackers, I prefer the Saltines. I think they are more complementary to the dip and Jalapeno on top; the simple Saltine does not take away from the awesome fish dip! Regardless, still great! more

I love this salad and crave it. I was at opening night at the GAC location, the second Duffy's to open, and the food was ALWAYS great, but the menu has come a long way baby! The service is always great, the crew always checking on tables no matter whose table it is. There are a number of items I like, but this is a new item, and you should try it! Great cheesesteak sandwich, wings, other salads, appetizers, and I have never been disappointed. I am doing a second review for their fish dip, though, because it deserves it. And ironically, family and friends have come to Fla to visit throughout the years and we seem to take everyone to Duffy's when they do, even one night when we took friends out who wanted to meet our son. Where was he? At Duffy's, too! Then, ironically, my brother was moving to North Carolina a couple of years ago, and another brother (both from NJ) was helping him move in when the neighbor across the street came over to greet them. He says he was from Fla, a little place, you probably never heard of - Greenacres. Younger bro says, oh, I used to live there, and my sister still does. He then says, well, I use to work at a bar you probably never heard of, Duffy's. Both brothers chimed, I've been there! That bartender was an acquaintance of my husband and I as well as my sister and our good friends when it first opened. Now, he and my brother are good friends. Small world, but Duffy's sure has spread out since way back then! more
