Dry Clean Super Center

This dry cleaner ruined my clothes. They told me they would pay me for the items they destroyed. When I told them the price of my clothing, they accused me of lying. They threated me by saying they would not give me a penny if my clothes cost even a dollar less than I told them. They then told me it was my fault for buying a shirt made of Chinese material. The owner, who is not from America, then mocked me, saying ""Oh I thought Americans were so proud, I guess you should not buy clothes from anywhere but America then."" I had a similar experience about six months ago. They lost our bedroom comforter and we only were reimbursed $34! more

I originally began visiting this dry cleaners because of the convience to my house. A neighbor warned me they lost a dress of her daughters and refused to replace it, but I didn't think much of it. Then, two weeks ago one of my husband's collared shirts didn't come back with our stuff. Not one to complain, I called up there and mentioned that the shirt wasn't in our things. My husband has had to make three trips up there and only today, did they offer him a check for $22 for a $85 shirt!! The manager refused to tell him the name of the owner and we couldn't find anything online. His only claim was that their policy (posted no where!) is to offer 10x the amount of the dry cleaning!!
