Whining Noise Resolved 8/7/2014

Ken and Larry and their technical staff handled repair of my wife's van in a courteous and timely manner. The technician accurately identified the source of the noise. Ken informed me of the problem and estimated cost of the parts and labor before the repair was made. Upon approval, the technician completed the repair before lunchtime. more
