Drivers Select

In July I made an appointment to visit the salesman and the dealership. We were told everything was ready and rode the DART train to the Zoo exit and walked across the highway to the dealership. We had to wait almost an hour even though we had an appointment only to find out the car we went to see was locked inside a pen and the only person at the dealership who had a key, had gone home. We could look at the car through the fence and could see that it was no where near ready to look at, much less test drive. We rode the train home instead of driving our new car. This past week, a new sales person from the dealer called me about another SUV they had on the lot. In July I had our car sold for $5000 but this time Driver Select only gave me an offer of $3000 on our car. Kelly Blue Book still shows the car as being worth $5000. In the mean time during the negotiation process, they sell the SUV to someone else and fail to tell me about this. It is a good thing I did not sell our current SUV hoping to buy the new SUV from this company. I have since instructed them to take my telephone number out of their index and do not want them to contact me ever again. If your going to deal with this dealership, do not sell your car in advance or believe anything they tell you. Finally, they do not respond to customer complaints either. I emailed their manager only to be ignored. more

We recently purchased a Lincoln MKX from Drivers Select and I feel compelled to commend you on your sales staff and in particular Steven Gayle. I had visited several dealerships without my husband and was discouraged from buying from any of them due to their hard sell technique and aggressive sales staff. My husband had heard your advertising on The Ticket radio station so we went to your site and we found the perfect vehicle for me. We came to your facility to view and test drive, we were warmly greeted by Steven and we told him exactly what we were looking for. Unfortunately that particular vehicle was not yet ready and available so Steven offered another MKX for us to test drive. The test drive confirmed that we did indeed want to purchase the unavailable MKX and we had told Steven that our intention was to purchase that day but not once did he try to re-direct us to a different vehicle in order to make the sale on that day, instead he explained your "Recon" process and offered to monitor the vehicle and advise us immediately upon it's release. Before meeting Steven we had decided that if that vehicle was not available we were moving on the the Lincoln dealership where we had found another MKX in our price range available immediately but after working with Steven and directly due to his courteous manner and soft sell style, we were so impressed that we lost all interest in visiting another dealership. When we went in to pick up the vehicle Steven again impressed us, he had another vendor arrive while we were waiting for paperwork to be completed and he insisted on remaining with us rather than leaving us alone to go and attend to the other prospective buyer. He also followed up with my husband to see how I was enjoying the vehicle a few days after we had driven off your lot. In closing, I must say that Steven was directly responsible for our sale and we will at any given opportunity, highly recommend DriversSelectcom and particularly Steven as a salesman. Not that I’m that picky, but you have to be when it comes to a car, & depending on the price, mileage, & interest rate. I mean your going to be stuck with it so it better be worth it right? Well I had seen the Driver Select commercials advertising all the time, & that tune was always stuck in my head “Driver Select is there for me, there for me, there for me….” So I figured I’d go online, & do a littler research before I took the drive out there. I went online which was so easy to navigate & actually searched the vehicles that they had in stock at their location, which included the mileage, price, & pictures of inside, & outside of the vehicles. I don’t have a lot of time since I work so much so with that capability to just get online & search, & narrow down the types of cars I was interested in was so helpful. I also was able to fill out a credit application & not too long after that, I received a call back from a customer service representative that was able to assist me & answer all my questions. When I arrived at the Dealership, everyone was absolutely wonderful. You weren’t just a sale or commission to them. T hey did strive to do whatever they could to get me approved & drive off with what I wanted. To top it off, the sticker price of the vehicle I was purchasing was amazing about $5-$7000 cheaper, than other dealers in the area. Now tell me is that a great deal or what! So Thank you Mike Hungaski & Rosie Hernandez & everyone else who assisted in helping me get a great car. I will definitely be doing business with Driver Select, for all future vehicle purchases. more

Lisa Hope, Sam Wahezi and the Service Manger really hit a home run. I couldn't believe I was at a dealership, I was treated with respect the moment I walked thru the doors. I couldn't believe Lisa's commitment thru the whole process, she called back when she said she would and always kept me informed. I liked her no nonsense approach and she listened to me and understood what was important to me.\r The Service Manager stood behind his, Lisa and Sam's word when they had to take my truck to a Dodge dealership to fix the A/C. When most dealers would have recanted and defaulted on the repairs. They stood to their word and are fixing my truck. Again what a Surprise.\r I have already began to share my positive experiences with family, neighbors and coworkers suggesting when they are buying or selling a car to call Drivers Select.\r \r \r First base: the price and the miles on my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 were lower than I expected.\r Second base: More money for my trade in than I expected\r Third base: A great APR on my truck\r Home run: Drove my truck home.\r more

I liked it because I went to a bunch of other websites, and they were very difficult to navigate, and the information was deficient. [On driversselectcom] I could get what I wanted and it was easy to navigate. more
