Drew has always been there for me whenever I needed him and we have had a car wreck and frozen solar equipment claims. As a loan officer, I refer all my clients to him and know that he will provide fantastic service at a price that beats most. more

Drew Martin has been the worst insurance agent I have ever had in 20 years!\r Someone I actually considered a friend. There have been many occassions he \r has been flaky and non-responsive but the last is the last for me! I was in \r an auto accident, I called Drew, left him a message, emailed him, and text \r messaged him. The other 2 parties auto \r insurance agents called me the day of the accident to accept responsibility and\r tell me what the next steps are. Days later, STILL no response from Drew. A \r week prior to the accident I received a cancellation notice on one of my 8 cars\r with State Farm for non-payment. I contacted Drew to inquire what this was all \r about and explained to him I made my payment and the check hasn't been cashed.\r He told me he would look into it and get back to me the next day, never happened.\r This was about the fifteenth and final straw for me. Drew originially approached \r me to quote my insurance when I owned a business next to his. Drew would imply\r he wanted me to trade stocks for him since he knew I was a trader. Drew wasted\r hour upon hour of mine showing him my strategy, I surmise just so he could quote\r my insurance. Drew also acted like he wanted to invest with me on two other \r projects, again just a ruse for my account. I am cancelling all my policies with \r State Farm as a direct result of this flake, what a hassle!!! I will be sure to tell\r everyone how I was treated by Drew Martin State Farm Insurance!!! more

In this current economy my goal was to find the lowest auto insurance possible. I have 3 teenage drivers and I was desparate. After checking around on the internet I found Drew Martin, State Farm and called his office. I worked with George and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. With the good student, driver safety and multiple line discounts, I was able to save! To my surprise, my policies arrived about 1 week later with the same amounts I was quoted. I love my agent and his office. I was referred by a co-worker and immediatley was impressed. Drew's line of questioning was different from the other companies who previously quoted me. He was concerned about net worth and asset protection from law suits. Not only did he give me more coverage but State Farm's rates were lower than AAA, Mercury, Geico, and Progressive. Drew, thank you so much for your help on my claim. From the accident site I called your office. I told Karen I didn't know of a body shop where I could get my car repaired. She gave me a choice of 3 shops near my home and I chose 1. You called me the next day to check on me and I have you a hard time. Things were crazy at work and I didn't need this accident right then. You assured me that the process would be smoothe and it sure was. When I drove my car into the body shop, they quickly drove me to a nearby car rental agency. 15 minutes later, I was on my way home. 3 days later, the body shop called and my car was perfect. I left the rental car at the body shop and I was on my way. It's great to know that my auto insurance is hassle free when I needed it most. Thansk again Drew for all of your help. more

We have all of our insurance with Drew Martin, State Farm. We have been insured there for over 20 years. The service we get is second to none. We enjoy everyone who works their: Sheila, Karen, Gloria, George, Lisa and even Drew. During business hours the phone is always answered by a live person-imagine that. On our birthdays we alwasy get a personal phone call. Even our kids. It never fails, 2 months before Christmas, festive labels arrive which my wife uses every year for our Christmas cards. It's more that great service-they are like family. more

A year ago my son turned 16 and got his driver's license. We added him onto our car insurance policy. Sheila invited my son to come to the office to watch a 10 minute safety video. After the video, Drew sat down with my son to give him some additional safety tips. He then challenged my son that if he went 1 year without an accdient or a ticket he would reward him with $30 in gas gift cards. Last week my son turned 17 and proudly called Drew to collect. As parents, it is refreshing to have such positive reinforcements of our values within our community. It is a small gesture but I can tell my son will never forget this. more

I have had insurance for the past 17 years, since I turned 16. In that time I have always felt that I had helpful insurance agents and decent rates. Three years ago Drew Martin from State Farm Insurance was recommended to me and after doing a little research, I changed from my old insurance company and agent, to Drew at State Farm Insurance.\r \r I thought I had good agents and insurance before? I had no idea what ""Good"" could mean.\r \r Drew is without question the most helpful and astute agent I have ever known. I don't know how he does it, but he is always on top of my rates, and advises me when there is a better rate or program available; and if I email or call him with a question, he responds immediately. If Drew doesn't know the answer to something I ask, without fail, he does the research and will get back to me with in 24 hours with an answer.
