FANTASTIC UPSCALE STORE 5/14/2007

I just moved to Porltland from San Francisco and was feeling a bit homesick, so was doing some retail therapy. I was told the Pearl had some great stores, so decided to check them out. WOW, this place ROCKS! It's upscale, but it had colections that no other store has. I usually do not write reviews, but had to after looking this one online. more

GEM OF THE PEARL 4/8/2007

I have never been in a store as unigue as this one. The carved out industrial space was a great backdrop to the great clothes. I just moved to Portland, and I will be coming to this store OFTEN. Pros: great lines, under one roof! more

FANTASTIC HIP store 4/7/2007

WOW, what a treat to see this fantastic store in Portland! I love this shop, and it's great urban feel that it has. What a great addition to the PEARL area of Portland. The owner was a real treat to meet, and spent a great deal of time showing me the great collections, and the lines from Italy and Europe. I will definately recomend this to my friends, who I know will be into this store. Way to go! more

BEST MENS CLOTHING 4/6/2007

LOVE THIS STORE! Like no other Men?s store I have ever been in. From NYC to London, this store is GREAT! No store on the West coast is like it. I first noticed the store, by the signature green cubes on the wall that looked really cool. Once inside, I could not get over how cool the product was. I cannot find clothes like this anywhere else. The service was amazing. The owner seemed incredibly easy to work with, and has called be several times when he received new product he thought I would like. Every time I visit Portland, I stop at DRESS CODE! Pros: Gorgeous clothes more

I wish I could say better 11/16/2006

This store should be a favorite of mine...but it's not. I like the clothes, I appreciate the style, and love the building and interior space. What I can't stand is the snooty service and total arrogance you get served as you walk in the door. I understand that kind of attitude is a part of fashion, but in a place like Portland, I don't understand how it goes unchecked. Pros: Great clothes, unique selection Cons: Attitude more

Nice selection of stuff not in other Portland stores. I purchased some great Italian jeans there, and plan to go back... Great addition to the Pearl district. Pros: Selection, Atmosphere, Location more
