It's not magic like I thought. It's a wonderful science that more people should take advantage of. I had about a six year lapse in Chiropractic treatment before I re-discovered the profession and it happened just in time. I had an operation on my left leg that left it about one inch shorter than my right leg. This eventually affected the alignment of my pelvic bone with my spine, which I think caused pain and spasms in my left hip. Having always had physically demanding jobs, I figured that my aching shoulders and arms was a result of the demand put on them and something that I would have to live with. I wanted to start a home remodeling business that would be somewhat physically demanding but realized that I would not be able to perform the work because of the condition of my body. Remembering the results that Chiropractic had given me a few years earlier, I asked around a little and was referred to Dr. Harris and the path to recovery began. Relief in my case was not instantaneous but was well under way after about six visits which is what dr. Harris had thought it would take. My physical well-being continues to improve with the ongoing treatments. I firmly believe that if I had not met Dr. Harris and his staff, I would not be able to do the work necessary to keep my business going. more

I was in a car accident not long ago. My neck and back, really ached. All my primary doctor could do was prescribe pain relievers and muscle relaxers. I was referred to Dr. Harris, who new exactly what to do to permanently take care of my pain. His staff is awesome, and I love Sophia. I was concerned about how I would recover after our jarring car accident. After the accident my body was stiff and sore, our attorney directed us to receive chiropractic care so we proceeded to visit Dr. Mark Harris. I was skeptical about going to a chiropractor and thinking how could this possibly be beneficial to my recovery. I soon found out that the chiropractic treatment would rehabilitate my spine and make me feel much better. Dr. Harris and his friendly staff made me feel at ease. I especially looked forward to the adjustment phase of my visit. It made me feel like something positive was happening to my spine. Indeed it was, the before and after treatment x-rays proved that my spine was aligned properly and it improved my posture. I never thought that I would be back to normal after the car accident, but with Dr. Harris' excellent chiropractic care, I made a speedy recovery. After the birth of my daughter, I was experiencing a lot of problems. I had arthritis like pain in every joint, I had a skin rash, bronchitis and headaches. I saw specialist after specialist and they ran many, many tests. One rheumatologist said, yes there is something wrong but I cannot pin-point it and I will probably go away in time anyways. As far as my headaches were concerned, I was given painkillers and told to ignore them the best that I could. I was desperate! As I was going through my PPO book from my insurance company I saw Dr. Harris' listing. I was apprehensive but I desperately needed help. Now my only regret is that I did not try chiropractic first. Dr. Harris evaluated my condition and set up a treatment plan. Within weeks I was feeling so much better I could hardly believe it! I am so very grateful to Dr. Harris.
