I have worked diligently in 23 years of therapy practice learning how to be effective in facilitating the healing process as expediently as possible. My focus is to get people back to living more fully, uncovering their potentials, and resolving trauma, abuse or whatever crises may have led to the important decision to pursue professional counseling. I recognize that therapy is a unique venture for each person and how vulnerable it can feel. I also know that it can be uniquely rewarding in opening up previously unrecognized possibilities and potentials for more satisfying living.
