After many years of frustration with other physicians, I was referred to Dr. Susan Lacks. She has impressed me with her thoroughness, attention to patient needs, compassion, and most up to date knowledge of treatment options. She is a bundle of energy in a small package. And she almost immediately puts you at ease that she is focused, compassionate, and ready to help you in whatever way is necesssary. She immediately changed my medicines in part because of a sightly different diagnosis than my previous doctors. She has monitored my case closely and has even consulted via phone when necessary as I have sometimes needed her advice when on business or vacation travel due to flair ups or injuries.
