Dr. Robert L. Pruce, DMD is a native of the Canonsburg/McMurray area. After completing high school in the Canon McMillian School District, he attended Washington and Jefferson College. There he majored in chemistry and completed the pre-med program. Dr. Pruce received his dental training at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation in 1996, Dr. Pruce was one of three students in his class selected for a one year residency program at the University of Pittsburgh Dental Clinic. This program was known as " The Advanced Education in General Dentistry Program " (AEGD). In December of 1996, Dr. Pruce started his private dental practice in McMurray. The practice remains at its original location.
Continuing education remains an important part of his professional life. He is a member of the Academy of General Dentistry and attends many hands-on courses and seminars.
