Refused to provide proper prescription after 2 correction on lenses, initial mistake on their behalf. refused to correct mistake with out charging an additional amount to examine eyes for the third time, to get it right. Modified file history to suggest a different set of events. Upon returning a year later with no use for what they saw no responsibility to fix, they still had no regrets or customer service goals, to make it right. I have allowed my wife wife and children to still patronize their facilities because they are concerned about a change, but I have to watch everything, so that Newman and Blackstock does not abuse the insurance, or my famillies good faith. A sorry situation ... Not happy.
