We were new to Fuquay and saw this place on the main road. The office itself is pompous inside, with a large bubbler with Roman figures. I have never seen anything like this in a Dentist's office in my life. I told them not to do work on any of the three children that was not covered by the health insurance. Mind you, two of the kids had been seen before we moved here - none had caverties or problems. We ended up with bills beyond the insurance. They did something to my son's teeth and he had pain immediately and he has had to see another dentist to resolve it. When I called them on a friday, they would not see him until the following Monday. Try telling a kid in excruiting pain that he has to wait three days to see someone for the work they already did.
Then I mentioned this place to two other dentist's office and one tech had worked there, and just shook her head. I pinned her down and she said she would not work there any longer. The other hygeniest said the same thing (That was a Cary office). The other office said that they had heard about problems there. Both places did not want to say too much, but I pushed them a bit. I'm not sure what they of game they're playing there - but for two kids who have never had cavities, and regular cleanings - at age 16 and 17 - to come out of that place with problems - and pain. Well, something's wrong with this picture!
