i wanted to do this right so i schedule to have a lot of estimate so that i could chose the right company but when the tech this company stopped by he asked are you looking to upgrading or preserving the door you have now. since i was on a budget i told him i wanted to preserve this door. this company was the only one who offered to repair my old door to save me money. really cool guy when im ready to upgrade im calling this company no question more

I already gave Wardell a stellar review the first time so, just coming back with more of the same. :) When he came out last year he said the spring would be the next thing to go and lo and behold - a few weeks ago it did just that. I called Wardell and he was out that afternoon, fixed the spring in about 45 minutes and for a decent price. That's about as easy and painless as it gets. Awesome. Wardell was super nice, pleasant, easy to work with and knows what he is doing! He installed a new garage door opener for me with keypad, changed the light, showed me how it all works, charged me a decent price and did it quickly! Something strange was going on with it several months later (not to do with his install...it was on someone else's frequency) and I just called him to ask about it and he told me over the phone how I could reset it. Nice guy! more

If you need garage door work done, call John. He arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, and gave me some options. I opted for a repair (though my door was in pretty rough shape). He was thorough, efficient, did quality work, and at the price we agreed on in advance. He even noticed that my garage door opener had been installed incorrectly and fixed that as well. Finally, he saw that some of the trim around my door came loose and fixed that before I even noticed it was a problem. In the end, my door works better than it ever has and I would highly recommend this company. more

Just when you think "customer service" is a lost art, this company reestablished my belief that the customer is valued and respected. My experience was VERY positive and educational. The technician, Shawn was on time, polite, professional, and most of all experienced. I had a spring above my garage door break and Shawn explained each sequence to properly repair the problem. After watching Shawn perform his duties I am relived I did not attempt this repair myself. I will recommend this company to all family and friends and to have them ask for Shawn!. Thank you this company and Shawn for a job well done. more
