My garage door is incredibly loud and it has been bothering me a lot for a while (my room is above the garage). I finally decided to call someone about it, and I am so glad I did. Steven was just here and showed me how the door was installed incorrectly in the first place (there were several screws missing and the track was tight on one side). Anyway, he lubricated all of the joints and springs, realigned the track, added the screws and probably did other stuff that I don't understand. :) Now my garage door is 10x quieter. He was also just so professional and nice, showing me how to lubricate everything 4x/year to keep it quieter. I would highly, highly recommend Steven and his company.
