DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS! He does not know how to treat his customers and he is insane, nasty, evil and a crook. We went to reactivate a Page Plus phone. He ripped us off because he put the $40 pin the wrong way and my mom couldn't call from her phone due to insufficient funds. He greeted us with a mean face when we came to correct this mistake. We came nicely and he waited until his current customers left and then he made my mom CRY by harassing and cussing her out nonstop for 30 minutes. He is a barbarian and does not deserve to be in business or around people in general.\r
He refused to correct the mistake and refused to even say why the mistake happened but what is for sure is that it happened after activating the service with him. The worst part is he said all of the curse words to my mom in front of my sister and I. Who does that? Tell me what person in the world curses a woman out in front of her kids. I don't know who he thinks he is, but that is not the behavior of a man. That is also not the behavior of someone in an industry which thrives off of customer service and customer loyalty. At the end, he took the money, screamed at all of us, told us to leave the store, locked us out, and didn't want to admit or fix his mistake.
