LIPOSUCTION is the answer for me!!! Dr. Pruitt told me liposuction was not a weight loss procedure. I 'HAD' fatty hips and inner thighs. He explained the various options and said he thought that I was a good candidate for the UAL liposuction. I found the best right here in Dallas-Dr. Pruitt! I had a friend that recommended a surgeon out in L.A. She said, 'He does all the stars'! When I walked into the office, it looked like most of the staff had had surgery and it did NOT look good. I was horrified-and thought it was a bad sign. I wish I had done more research before I let this doctor take a knife to me. He made sure he had all the money up front and then didn't honor his end of the deal. He promised to do a great job of surgery, promised a good outcome. He did neither and after surgery, after he was paid, changed his whole attitude. I am left with a terrible outcome and am disfigured by his so called surgical skills. He could care less. Now as I write my comments and read others, I realize I made a bad choice. I was also told that ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS WRITTEN ON THESE SITES ABOUT DR. PRUITT ARE WRITTEN BY HIS OFFICE STAFF in an effort to make him look good. Dr. Pruitt you ROCK!! I'm really gratefull for what you have done for me. Those exercise resistant areas are gone. My hips, thighs, arms all go with the rest of my body. After years of excerise those areas just would not go away. I had my brow lifted and my upper eyes done. Every one was always telling me that I looked angry? I wasn't but apparently my face said something different. One of the ladys at one of the social functions I attend told me about Dr. Pruitt. She had a lower facelift with Dr. Pruitt and she looked great! So I figured that I would check him out. He told me that my brow and upper eyelids were heavy and pushed down and that's why I probly get that statement. He showed me by pushing up the muscles how lifting the brow and getting rid of the excess skin on my upper eyelids would open up my face. Needless to say I did it and I am soooooo pleased. I never hear that awefull statement any more, now all I hear is what a pretty smile I have. Much better. Dr. Pruitt was awesome and his staff was great too. more

My 60th Birthday was fantastic! I had a face and necklift, lower eyelid and a procedure called perioral diamond polishing done around my lips. Talk about awesome. I was referred to Dr. Pruitt by my doctor. After my consult I was so impressed with Dr. Pruitt and the office staff that I schuduled my facial procedures that day. Prior to my surgery I found something negative on the internet about him which concerned me. I can assure you my face/neck lift, eyes and browlift look great!! Pros: Youth restored I feel and look great!! Cons: Some down time but well worth it. more

Dr. Pruitt did my liposuction an made a surgical mistake which left me with a large disfiguration in my stomach. He was kind and compassionate until he realized his error and then became distant and difficult to communicate with. He did nothing to resolve the issue and left me to either live with it or get it repaired in another surgery (at additional cost). He was extremely involved in the financial aspects of the surgery and this was very uncomfortable. I should have paid more attention to the warning signs and other negative reviews but I didn't and now I am suffering as a result Cons: EVERYTHING more

What is interesting about the other reviews on this page are the dates they were written. It is quite coincidental that the majority were written within a week of each other and several on the same day. I am aware that at least one of the reviews was written by a member of Dr. Pruitt's staff to try to increase his rating as she did on the other physician review websites. Before choosing the surgeon who will take a knife to your body, and before you pay this doctor any money you should read the ""true"" reviews on all the other doctor review websites. The common complaint is his lack of compassion when there is a bad result.. He has your money and doesn't care if you are disfigured or if you look terrible as a result of his knife. A surgical assistant posting a review of this doctor is a little odd unless Dr. Pruitt asked her and others to help him out by posting positive reviews of his ""skills"". Is it really worth the chance you will take. Talk to the others who have had a bad result and then make your decision. Cons: cares more about the money than the results of your surgery. more
