Dr. Joshua Baum has continued and improved upon all the things that Dr. Gellert started 30 years ago. He and his staff are top notch. Three of my kids have come through this practice over the years with excellent results. Now I decided it was my turn, I have started treatment with invisalign (it is coming along great). What also separates this office from the rest is the caring staff that always goes above and beyond to keep you and your kids well cared for. There are endless video games and contests to entertain and relax the kids and a fantastic coffee bar that I always look forward to when I am waiting for my kids. My advice is, you get what you pay for. I have referred all of my friends to this office. And you will always get the best of everything at Dr. Baum's/Dr. Gellert's office. more

Dr. Gellert and his staff of orthodontic assistants go above and beyond. Very friendly and knowlegeable in what they do. If you ever have a problem with the braces or appliances, the receptionist will do her best for you to get in for an appointment that day whether you have to go to one of Dr. Gellerts 3 offices, Monroe, Southbury, or Newtown. Will work with you concerning different payment plans from the beginning. My kids love going to the office as the waiting room is filled with all kinds of video machines to play while they are waiting which is never that long. The only negative here is Dr. Gellert is very, very expensive compared to the other Orthodontist's in the area. more
