There are so many problems with this place I don't even know where to begin. The owner is a pathetic excuse for a business person, and has zero ability to deal with customer issues in a polite and courteous manner. The salon is way too small, there is only one regular bed, the next unit costs $5 everytime you use it, the next one up is $10 each time, on top of the minimum $20/month price w/ a $1 copay for the regular bed. Completely overpriced, bulbs are rarely changed, after tanning here consistently for two months I didn't have anywhere near the color I have gotten at both Totally Tan and Global Tan within one month. Juice bar is overpriced and low quality, UVB bed does nothing that it promises to do, overall, there's a reason this business is barely surviving, save your money for something that's worth the price and actually offers quality service. The minute you walk through the door you will be amazed by the atmosphere and staff at Down Under. First of all if you are looking for a top of the line tanning salon with top notch equipment, you will find it at Down Under. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms are the cleanest I have ever seem and each room is fully equipt with everything you need.
