Good: They have a nice variety of yarns to choose from.. Bad: I didn't find the staff very friendly. I received a "hello", but that's it. The person working seemed to be stocking some yarns they must of just received. There were no other customers in the store at the time.. Improvements: I would expect any small business owner to greet every customer appropriately. That means, stop stocking your shelf, walk up to the customer, say hello, introduce yourself, can I help you find anything, have been to my shop before, are you looking for something special, etc. If you're helping another customer, as the new customer approachs, you greet them and tell them you will be with them shortly.. Other: I can purchase yarn online, but I would like to support local businesses. Excellent customer service will keep me as a customer, otherwise I will go somewhere else or shop online. I want this business to succeed, so I'll give them one more shot..
