This place is a disaster. The office staff is horrendous. They write letters informing you of things like a cable going through my window, which is an ""eye sore"".The cable had to go up through my window because they explicitly said to not make holes in the siding. YOU CANNOT WIN WITH THESE PEOPLE. I live in the corner facing a fence and when I fight back they say they are just looking out for the community as a whole. This is not millionaire's row here, I love the apartment itself but management nit picks at everything they can. I have seen them multiple times snooping around my house and hours later I have an email.
And if you are a single person, do not even plan on having a relationship while living here. I have a girlfriend who visits 3-4 times a week and they want me to add her to the lease. She has a lease of her own, and a permanent residence and yet they insist on adding her to the lease. They say they are looking out for the community and residents but they can care less about you.
The neighbors are horrible too. They are the ones who complain about you to the office. I work 8 hours a day, come home and do my school work. I don't mess with anyone, and yet I am constantly ridiculed. I cannot feel at home because I am constantly watching what I am doing for fear I am doing something wrong. I never completely relax. Unfortunately I still have almost a year left on my lease but I am considering buying it out to move on. You would have more freedom at a home in Cuba, than you do at this place.
If the staff is reading this you know who I am and I could care less. I am going to blast this review all over the internet and I hope people take notice to it. It is despicable that I pay my rent on time and mind my own business and have to deal with this BS. If I am causing harm to another resident by having a cable come up through my window, I would gladly take it down. The point is you cannot see it if you come looking for it. Mind you own damn business and let me live my life.
