Dos Amigos just opened a brand-new building this past summer; it's great! The food is about the same, but with an expanded menu including more seafood and American-style cuisine in addition to the expected Mexican fare. Prices are reasonable (try the $6 large cheese dip and be amazed at how big it really is), but you can add up a dinner bill pretty quickly if you add things on, especially off the a la carte menu.
Service is generally attentive and welcoming, with the occasional "waiter having a bad day." Go in the afternoons if you want special service - there won't be many people there for a late lunch.
